Panel Discussion: “The Educational Experiences of American Indian Students”

Description: Cultural. Panelists: Alaina Hanks (White Earth Anishinaabe) - English major; June Sayers (Red Lake Anishinaabe and Ho-Chunk) - Hydrology major; Wade Dauphinais (Leech Lake Anishinaabe and Ho-Chunk) - Chemical Dependency major; Linda Trosper (Dine’) - Criminal Justice major; Nikki Roundtree (Standing Rock Lakota) - Psychology major. This panel discussion will focus on the educational experiences of American Indian college students. Native students on the panel will also discuss their challenges, motivations and inspirations for continuing their education.
